MLML chapter 12-14

With Daniel, Desiree has the best sleep of all these days. Gods instinct of Desiree leads her to stay there longer. Mathilde is afraid of obeying Daniel's request that he wants to let Desiree stay here for longer. Even though Daniel is confident to deal this thing with his father, but his father was angry until Mathilde explained how Daniel needs Desiree to stay with him. Mathilde does feel that Daniel gets better since the day when he meets Desiree. In the following days and nights, Desiree pays all of her attention on Daniel. She literary does everything for Daniel. Along with the complete care of Desiree, Daniel becomes better and Desiree becomes weaker than before. When they officially become lovers, everyone around them judges them by Desiree's characteristics but it is too late. In the garden, she meets Papa Ge again. Even though his father still refuses to accept Desiree, grand demoiselle becomes vital to persuade Daniel's father. Desiree attends it and she even realizes her appearance attracts many people at there. Desiree's dance also grabs people's sight on her. Desiree learns the curse of marriage between rich people and peasant so she decides to leave. When Desiree tries to get a butterfly, Lucifus notices her and remembers Desiree is the girl chased by Papa Ge. The beauty of Desiree is holy and protective that nobody dares to touch her. Andrea returns and Desiree feels anxious about this woman because she engaged with Daniel before. Desiree asks gods to comfort her but Daniel told her he won't be married to Andrea. Since Gabriel welcomes Andrea, he invites many guests except Desiree. When the dance and music begins, Desiree feels really bad to see Daniel and Andrea have fun together.

Final Blog Post

I clearly remembered how was the first day of this class. We warmed up to be familiar with acting. To a person who had not experienced any performance ever, performance undoubtedly became the part I spent time to think the most. Two years course is a long run, but it impresses me more than the other classes I have taken in Cheshire Academy. Before I took this class, I thought acting is easy like until we tried to improvise various moves and gestures in front of people. I felt shy and embarrassed at the beginning, throughout two years' performance, and I became more and more confident to act in front of people and cameras. The class is called literature and performance so the other essential aspect is its literature. I still remembered the first book we read and the first performance, which is the monologue we played in the black box.  Fences talk about poverty and situations of African Americans.
